031209 – BS 3×5 (sub for snatch 10×1)

Workout: 6am – BS 3×5 – ([w/u 135, 185], 225 x 5, 235 x 5, 245 x 3 – dropped on 4th rep) – This was done to substitute out of doing 10 x 1 snatches, and was done at 6am since I’m not going to be able to make it in the evening tonight.  It’s also my last workout before solvang, since if I don’t rest, my legs and back won’t be functioning for the ride…

Nutrition:
– 530AM – [2] – 2 oz turkey, 1 Ezekiel PB sandwich
– 715AM – [2] – 2 oz turkey, 1 Ezekiel PB sandwich
– 930AM – [2] – zone bar
– 1200PM – [4] – 6 oz canned salmon, 1/2 avocado, 1 apple, 1 slice Ezekiel bread
– 500PM – [3] – 2 oz turkey, 1 string cheese, 1c grape tomatoes, 1 PB sandwich
– 830PM – [2] – 3 oz shrimp, 24 spears of asparagus, 15 almonds
– skipped the last block…
