430pm – [4] – 4 egg whites, 2 eggs, 1.5 blocks cauliflower, 1 larabar
730pm – [4] – protein shake (4P, 2C), 1 peach, a few almonds
1000pm – [2] – zone bar
what a shitty day for nutrition.
